Abstract

The purpose of the present work is to present problematic that appears in the processes of acquisitions of our country in wish exists a great manipulation and corruption in the procedures of parchase of goods and services, as well as little information on the aids to make on the part of the government, all this motivated by the servants public in charge of this task, wish limits the free participation and growth of the companies, of equal way it is of excellent importance to present the interested ones in participating in the procedures of the purchases of goods and services that the government makes, the necessary elements or mechanisms that they must apply for being able to facilitate its participation and competition within such reason why it is of extreme importance that the Mexican Government applies corrective measures that allow the Public Function, to know as they are the key points that are due to attack for being able to avoid that the servants public handle their free one it feel like the purchases of the country, with this would exist the free competition and better prices and greater quality in the goods and services would be obtained that our government needs and occupies, as well as a greater growth in micro, small and medium companies.
