Proyectos educativos regionales y proyectos de nación divergentes

Abstract

We propose to evaluate the participation of regional actors in the construction of national citizenships with regional shades by means of the creation of institutions of higher education of private regime. The projects of nation of the regional actors are founded on a regional social base whose historicity has been constructed through conflicting processes between regional groups of class and in interaction with agents of the national government. We try to show that the principles promoted to the interior of the institutions on the social and political reality, the meaning of the political commitment and justice, are bound to the divergent results in each region of conflicting processes of long duration, like the concretion of pacts between cultural regional groups and of class during the consolidation of the post-revolutionary State.
