PROPUESTA DE UN PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACIÓN, A PARTIR DE LA IDENTIFICACIÓN Y EVALUACIÓN DE LOS FACTORES QUE AFECTAN LA EFICIENCIA EN LAS HABILIDADES DEL PERSONAL OPERATIVO QUE EMPLEA COMO HERRAMIENTA LA INFORMÁTICA (2008-2010): EL CASO DEL CENTRO SCT MICHOACÁN

Abstract

Of the obtained results through the application of the inquiries it identified that there is a necessity to propose a program of qualification, from the identification and evaluation of the factors that affect the efficiency in the abilities of the operational staff that use as tools the data processing, as a viable solution to improve the efficiency of the activities that the users do of the data processing tools at the Centro SCT Michoacán. En relation to the current way of work, according to the results of the inquiries, it observes that there is no defined summary for each course of data processing, just like that and there is no flexibility in the courses, adding to this the few vinculation with the institutions that concede the courses, even tough in the way of working the users are operating, it observes that there is inefficacy and lack of sequence and evaluation of the skills acquired for the workers in the actions of qualification. To evaluate the efficiency of the courses of qualification, in this research inquiries with 13 questions were made, which allowed to confirm the necessity to improve the current way of work, proposing a program of qualification according to the necessities of data processing skills that the users (workers) need to accomplish the activities at the Centro SCT Michoacán and evaluate this actions.
