IMPLEMENTACION DE ALGORITMOS INTELIGENTES PARA LA LOCALIZACION EN REDES CELULARES

Abstract

The implementation of intelligent algorithms is a field that has been studied thoroughly, but is has not been taken to practice for its exploitation. The schemes of Location Update based on time, movement and distance offer improvements in the performance of the localization service. The studies carried in these schemes show in their results that it can decrease the signaling traffic with a correct selection of the threshold that determines the appropriate operation according to the characteristics of each system. This way the following step to obtain is the physical implementation of these intelligent schemes in different environments to check its advantages and disadvantages compared to the classic scheme. The goal to reach is to obtain an algorithm that before the variations of the different parameters that determine the use of one or another scheme, the best performance is always obtained.
