PROPUESTA DE UN NUEVO MODELO FUNCIONAL PARA LA AGILIZACIÓN DE LAS OPERACIONES CONTENIDAS EN LOS ESTADOS FINANCIEROS PARA LA TOMA DE DECISIONES” (2008-2009): EL CASO DEL CENTRO SCT MICHOACÁN

Abstract

In particular the problem is that a functional model is not existed that in center allows the streamlining of the operations contained in the financial statements SCT Michoacán, which brings consequently, that the decisions that are taken are not assertive and therefore, does not occur him exact I compliment to the objective and its corresponding goals previously established in the annual program of work. The objective that seted out is to structure a functional model from the revision and evaluation of the operations that are realized with the financial statements of the center SCT Michoacán, to canalize them in correct form in the decision making, and objective that gave rise to the work carried out, the selected Methodology responds to the needs and methodologic strategies that they were used and proven during the search and justification of the same. To this end, the most important elements were used and tried that in last case, they allowed his identification; for this reason, process adopts methodologic of type deductive analogical, that helps to carry out the development us of the investigation, that allows the characterization of the problem, identifying it and admitting the establishment of a strategy that was used, making some valid and determining comparisons with the old model to orchestrate the proposed one; hoping first of all, to transfer it to the Center in observation (Center SCT Michoacán), and later or verified his success or failure according to it is the case, to apply it to each Center of the SCT of existing in the Communications and Transporting Secretary.
