dc.description.abstract	The project “System of Interface Web for consulting news with RSS” is a system to consult and publish notices on Web Site and mobile device (cell phone), to be accessed trough Internet with a computer or with a cell phone using SMS. The news is collected from existing Servers on Internet using the format called RSS. The system has to be portable, so it establishes the connection using a Server of Telephony for send message everywhere the user is.	es
