Abstract

At the moment certain accidents of industrial origin exist happened years in the last, seems clear that the material people, goods and the environment who are next to an industrial establishment in that are dangerous substances, are put under risks by the single presence of this industrial installation and the substances that are used. The key question is in deciding what type and risk level we are arranged to admit in counterpart to the benefits that suppose the use of many products made in this type of industries. Therefore, to be able to decide if this type of risks is acceptable, it is required to consider its magnitude, reason why one becomes necessary to realise a systematic analysis and most complete possible of all the aspects that implies for the material population, environment and goods, the presence of a certain establishment, the substances that use, the equipment, the procedures, etc. it is made inevitable analyze these risks and of valuing if its presence is or nonpermissible. It is what analysis of risks is denominated. The packing of wine bottles is to consider the level of potential danger of an activity of the industrial process in this case for the material people, environment and goods, in terms of quantifying the magnitude of the damage and the probability of occurrence. The failure analyses are focused to a process of packing of wine bottles which are I am modernized with a PLC. Therefore, they try to study, to evaluate, to measure and to prevent the failures and the failures of the technical systems and the operative procedures that can initiate and trigger events nonwished (accidents) that they affect the people, the goods and the environment.
