La Certificación de la Gestión Escolar del Nivel Medio Superior del IPN

Abstract

Nowadays the whole world tends to ―unify‖ the criteria and the parameters of measurement in all the orders of life and the human activity, so the importance of the certification, because it is a ―universal parameter‖ with a tendency that the ―studies‖ to all levels (basic, secondary, high school, college and advanced degree ) are the same in any part of the world. The interest of the international organizations has increased for some causes like the ―globalization‖, the opening of the ―borders‖ of the countries, the fall of the Berlin´s thick wall as the opening of the markets of all countries and the creation of the macro markets, as the TLCAN, the South Market and the market of the Economical European Community. This investigation is centered in a very important area for all the schools of the ―National Politechnical Institut‖, that is the department of the school management and it is due to the importance of the necessity to ―legitimize‖ the procedures and processes that have to be done as the enrollment for the first semester, the reenrollment for the second to the sixth semesters, the school trayectory that contemplates: The adding of the ―grades‖ to the systems from the professor, to be able to ―consult‖ those grades by the internet from the students and parents; to be able to do procedures at information windows like: The constancy of studies, a global report card o partial report card of the semester, a digital credential, a temporal or definitive discharge or for changing the school, more over doing procedures like: Opening a file in the office of the commission of the school situation and asking an enlargement of time. The quoted processes and procedures unified in the sixteen schools of the high school of the I. P. N. with the helps of the certification under ISO 9001. 2008.
