Abstract

The realization of works in design proyects, require a pedagogy that takes into account the student as a person. Unfortunately among teachers exists vague profiles of emotional awareness with little knowledge and understanding of the emotional education, the emotional intelligence and the emotional competence concerning to the pedagogical improvement. With this trend we reflected on the differents ego states of the theory of the transactional analysis from Eric Berne all this in order to support the innovative design that reach the “inner child” that some many times is lacerated by the parental figure of the professor.
