This work shows the development and results of a two circumference properties construction research, within the framework of the Van Hiele Model and the Visualization Theory, supported in a technological instrument: the dynamic geometry software, Cabri Géomètre. The stages followed in the research were: examination of the school context, delimitation of the theoretical framework, an a priori analysis, the didactic sequence design, the analysis of the results and conclusions. One of the most important conclusions of this work is the feasibility that the use of technological instruments facilitates the knowledge visualization processes and speeds up the pupil’s transition from one geometric reasoning level to the upper one, in accordance with the Van Hiele Model. This fact has special importance if we consider that the curriculum designates short periods of time for each subject and involves a large number of notions.-
