LA ORIENTACIÓN JUVENIL Y EDUCATIVA EN LA FORMACIÓN INTEGRAL DEL ESTUDIANTE DE NIVEL MEDIO SUPERIOR EN EL IPN.

Abstract

This investigation is based on teenagers between 15 and 19 years old, who are in the stage of personal, cultural, emotional, sexual and social development. Inside the educational area, the juvenile orientation attends the aspects that are related with their personal development. Therefore, the objective of this work was to create an analysis about juvenile and educational orientation as the substantive element related with the integral formation of the Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN) students at high school level. The characteristics of the students at this level were reviewed, there was analyzed the professional as much the personal problematic and formation needs of the students, who were related with the present Educational Model of the IPN, the Sectoral Program of Education 2007-2012 and the National System of Baccalaureate. Derivate from the previous information, it was found that based on the labor market demands and with the new educative models based in the learning and competitions, it was necessary an integral education. It allows to know better the students, beginning from the environment they come from, as well to know and be aware of their abilities and skills, to enforce their participation, their autonomy, and think of them as the most important people in the educative institution. It is suggested to consider from the curriculum the academic consolidation of the juvenile and educative orientation of the high school level in the IPN that leads to strengthening its programs and services, which seek to define the student from wide perspectives: academic, human, social, economic, emotional and intellectual. With it to create the possibility of generating institutional projects of investigation that attend to the problematic and real needs of formation of the teenagers of the IPN.
