Resumen : | The aim of this paper is to present some of the theoretical and historical basis related to the Center of Economic Research, Administrative and Social (CIECAS) and its relation to the securities. This research center since its inception seeks to impart and promote graduate programs and specialized courses in the area of social sciences as well as applied research activities and as an organization, seeks the means necessary for its operation is in continuous improvement. It also seeks to strengthen the training of specialists in various fields of social sciences, responding to the demand for social and productive sectors.
